From Lance

I broke your trust.

I broke your trust. Not the project—I did, through what came after. You deserved to see me work on this. You did not. That is on me.

I cannot undo what happened. But I have built something real to show you that I am serious about putting it right. The agreement exists. The work is documented. The recovery is active. And there are now two clearly defined paths available to you.

I am not asking you to believe me. I am asking you to look at what has been built, verify it, and then decide which path fits you.

A personal message

A direct message before you review the record and the two paths.

The full picture

The deal that broke is now the mechanism that puts it right.

What follows is the Cameron deal, the documented recovery, the proof behind it, and what each of the two paths means for you specifically.

The Cameron Deal & The Recovery

In 2025, I built something worth ten million dollars.

In May 2025, I delivered a commercial agreement to a US client named Cameron Russell Curriden. The agreement was formally executed through Adobe's signing system. The work was completed. The agreed value was USD ten million.

What I built for Cameron was an analytical mechanism — a sophisticated system for reading structural shifts in complex environments. The work was delivered in full. The agreement was signed. The audit trail exists. The only thing that did not happen was payment.

From South Africa, pursuing traditional litigation against a US-based entity is prohibitively expensive. So instead of litigation, I spent eighteen months building infrastructure: documentation, public visibility, lawful escalation pathways, and a recovery support structure.

The recovery is now active. The mechanism is live. And the way this recovery was built means it does not only resolve what is owed to me — it creates a path to rectify what was lost in the project before this one.

What broke is what now rebuilds.

Why You Are Hearing From Me Now

You may wonder why, after all this time, you are hearing from me.

This is very personal to me.

When something fails on my watch, it is not that I did something wrong. But I was trusted. And due to circumstances beyond my control, that trust got broken.

That means something to me.

I have carried it. I have thought about each of you more often than is comfortable. I did not want to come back to you with words — I wanted to come back with a real answer, with mechanics behind it, not another set of promises.

The eighteen months between the failure and this message were not silence by accident. They were the time it took to build something that could actually deliver. Now it can.

This is that answer.

You Do Not Need To Take This On Faith

Everything here is documented and verifiable.

I am not going to ask you to trust me again. I am going to ask you to look.

Three pages on this site exist to support what I am telling you. Each one is independent. Each one is verifiable. Each one answers a different question you may have.

What Is Available To You

Two paths.
One is deliberately fuller.

Path One keeps you included in the compensation outcome with limited involvement. Path Two includes that recognition and gives you a defined place inside the recovery itself. Read both before deciding, because they answer two very different needs.

Path One — No Cost

Remain included, with limited involvement.

This is the quieter route for someone who wants the earlier loss recognised and addressed, but does not want an active role in funding or carrying the recovery. Compensation is based on what was originally lost, adjusted to reflect present-day value.

Why go to this page? To understand exactly what is included, what small verification steps may be requested, and what Path One does not include.

Every Next Step Has A Purpose

Use each page to answer one specific question.

Read whichever page applies to you. Take your time. When you are ready, the next step is on each page.
